How far ahead should you actually book a farm venue?
Peak season here runs November to February and Saturdays go about fourteen months out. Here is what is usually still open six months before, and what genuinely is not.

Twelve acres of lawn, orchard and water on the edge of the lake — one venue, one team, and a kitchen that cooks what the farm grows. Weddings, receptions and gatherings up to 800 guests.
Three generations back this was a dairy and an orchard. The barn still stands, the lake still fills every monsoon, and the kitchen still cooks what the fields give it. What changed is that in 1998 we cleared the front lawn for a neighbour's wedding — and never really stopped.
No hidden line items and no third-party handoffs. These come with the venue, whichever lawn or hall you choose.
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus built around what the fields give us that week, with live counters and a dedicated tasting session before you sign.
The Barn Hall is held free as backup on every lawn booking, so a cloudburst moves the party indoors instead of cancelling it.
A gravelled lot inside the gate, lit and manned through the night, plus a separate drop-off loop for the baraat.
Two air-conditioned suites in the farmhouse with dressing rooms, attached baths and a private stair to the lawn.
Festoon lighting through the orchard, uplighters along the water and a house PA — bring your own DJ or use ours.
Florals, mandap, stage and table styling done by the same team that maintains the gardens, so nothing clashes with the grounds.
Book a single space or take the whole farm for a multi-day wedding. Capacities below are seated with a buffet line; standing receptions take roughly a third more.
Up to 800
The big one. Six acres of level grass running down to the water, with the mandap platform facing west so the ceremony lands at sunset.
Up to 400
The original 1940s dairy barn — stone walls, exposed timber trusses, fully air-conditioned. Doubles as the covered rain plan for lawn bookings.
Up to 250
A canopied deck set inside the mango orchard. Best for mehendi, sangeet and daytime functions where you want shade and a breeze.
Up to 150
The intimate option — a walled courtyard off the old farmhouse with a fire pit, long tables and the kitchen right through the door.
Whole farm
All of the spaces above plus the farmhouse suites, held exclusively for two or three days. The standard package for a full wedding weekend.
Up to 120
A timber deck out over the water for cocktail hours, small receptions and the after-party. Comes with the bar and its own jetty lighting.
Each package is a starting point, not a cage — swap courses, add a day, drop the décor if you have your own. Prices firm up after the site visit.
The whole front lawn from noon to midnight, with the Barn Hall held as your rain plan and the farmhouse suites for the families.
Daytime in the orchard under the canopy — shade, chaat counters and a dance floor that does not need the sun to go down first.
Air-conditioned, weather-proof and lit for photographs. Our most-booked option between June and September.
Sessions in the Barn, lunch on the lawn, and the boathouse deck for the evening. Wi-Fi, projection and breakout tents included.
Courtyard, fire pit, long tables. Birthdays, anniversaries and the family dinners that do not need a stage.
Real functions, shot on the grounds. Click any frame to open it full size.
